Reservation Protection
In the rare instance your reservation is cancelled last minute, we will make it right. Every booking made with Happy Tails has Reservation Protection included. Here's what that means.
We'll make up the difference
You'll receive a full refund if your reservation is cancelled within 7-days of the start date and your next service will be credited the same amount. If your reservation is cancelled within 24-hrs of the start date, we will coordinate and pay for a similar pet sitting or boarding service of your choice in addition to the refund.
